Our application saves your time scrolling through promoted search engine results, paid reviews and comments. We publish only authorized and recognized service providers near you. Our Service Provider Verification Team (SPVT) verifies every business and service provider listed on the platform to ensure authenticity and the best customer experience.

These Terms and Conditions and Our Privacy Policy  (known as “Terms”, “Terms of Service”, “Agreement”) govern Your (“User”, “Users”, “You”, “Your”) use of Our mobile application (“AL HUB”), Our website (“www.AL HUB.com”, “www.ugdmedia.com”), Our social media pages on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat all together called (“Site”, “Sites”, “Service”, “Services”). The business retailers, service providers listed on “AL HUB” together or individually called (“Service Providers”, “Merchants”, “Service Agents”, “Clients”). The content, data, images, texts, photographs, graphic, video, audio, design, social media links, user’s feedback, link to other websites or third party applications alone or all together are called (“Content”, “Contents”). Our Privacy Policy along with Terms and Conditions moreover governs Your use of Our service and explains how We collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from Your use of our Sites.

Service Providers

If you are a Service Provider listed on “AL HUB”, and you wish not to be included on our Sites or need correction on the information, please inform Us by emailing on [email protected]. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our Service, and any Service Providers we provide via Our Sites, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of Service is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of Service, or the entire Service, to Users, including registered Users.

Intellectual Property

“AL HUB” Service and its Contents (including the feedback posted by Users on our Sites), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of

“AL HUB”. Our Services may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of “AL HUB”.

Copyright Policy

Feedback

“AL HUB” may allow You to post Your feedback about the Service Providers. By posting Your feedback on “AL HUB”, You represent and warrant that You are responsible for the contents that You post on “AL HUB”, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. You should make sure that Your contents should not or does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person or entity. We reserve the right to terminate the account or remove the Content or Contents of anyone found to be infringing on a copyright and goes against the law of land.

 “Get Instant Reward for Your Feedback” program

It is a reward program of “AL HUB” for their registered users from the Service Provider who sign up to the program. The Service Providers who joins on “Get Reward for your Feedback” can select the various offers like:

  1. 10%, 20%, 25% or 30% discount on total bill
  2. Get a complimentary dessert

To receive one or any of the above offers, Users has to provide feedback and rating on “AL HUB” mobile application for that particular service provider. A User can only redeem this offer once from a Service Provider from a registered email address.

Promotions

Any contests, sweepstakes or other promotions (collectively, “Promotions”) made available through Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms of Service. If you participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as Our Privacy Policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms of Service, Promotions rules will apply.

Prohibited usage

You may use Our Sites only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Terms.

You agree not to use Our Sites:

  • In any way that violates any applicable National or International Law or regulation.
  • To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of Service, or which, as determined by Us, may harm or offend Company or Users of Service or expose them to liability.

  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Company, Service Providers, a Company employee, another User, or any other person or entity.
  • In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity.

 

Additionally, You agree not to:

User Accounts

Our Service allows Users to register using Google and Apple accounts and is intended only for access and use by individuals at least eighteen (18) years old. If you wish to terminate Your account, You may simply discontinue using Service.

If You wish to download and register to use Our Sites, means You have read and agree to Our Terms and Conditions and Our Privacy Policy.
